We need the framework for the player to enter and exit the Neuroscape realm. It must change what character mesh the player possesses, but can't destroy the player's echo character so any variables stored in the character will remain and the character can still be killed. A Neuroscape character needs to be created along with key bindings. We also need to decide "where' the level design will appear and how we will block visibility to the side scroller levels since the Neuroscape will be first person.

Requirements: It must be networked for multiplayer and the player must be able to smoothly enter and exit the Neuroscape without issues. We also need a method to test a Neuroscape level by itself so when a developer clicks play in the editor, it loads a Neuroscape character mesh.
