How to reproduce:
Package a copy of the game and check its file size. You will see it is ~7gb on Unreal 5.1 when previously on Unreal 4.26 it was ~3gb.

How this was verified:
The most recent commit for the project in Unreal 4 did not have this issue. It was verified to happen after upgrading the project to Unreal 5.1 and it did not exist before.

The lighting was rebuilt and a full rebuild was run. After that, the package size was ~3.5GB, which is ~500MB larger than Unreal 4.26 was.
